How many great ideas have you had?
Years ago, when my kids were babies, I remember thinking how great it would be if there were vending machines in the bathrooms that dispensed diaper changing supplies. Mostly because I always underestimated how many diapers they would go through on a simple trip to the mall.
But I was young and overwhelmed and broke and a lot of other things, and I never did anything about it. A few years later, those vending machines showed up and I kicked myself.
It’s Time to Take the First Step
Forget what you’ve heard about almost all new businesses fail in the first year. Yeah, that might be true, but it’s also not the full story. New businesses fail for a LOT of reasons, and most of them are in your control. And the best way to avoid failure is to have a solid plan early on and consistent support as you launch and grow your business.
Seriously. Just by making a plan and having a support system in place, you increase your odds of success. How cool is that?
But if you’ve ever read a book on business planning…I’m kind of impressed. Most of them are dry as dirt. I’m a HUGE advocate for entrepreneurship, and I struggle to get through most business books.
I’ve been doing business my own way since 2004, and earning a really comfortable living doing it. I want to show you how I plan my business and support you in growing yours. No spreadsheets involved.
